ABOUT WILD & WINE
WILD & WINE is a bespoke travel company created by two safari guides and adventurers, who want to share their passion for exploring Africa and delicious wines, while giving back to our planet.
WILD & WINE stands for adventure & luxury, conservation & experience. We provide our patrons with completely unique, hosted experiences that combine conservation and sustainability with wildlife, nature and adventure.
We specialise in customised and hosted safaris, tours, and adventures in South Africa and more. Throughout the year we will also organise group experiences, such as our Hike WILD & WINE, Re-WILD & WINE, and Ultimate WILD & WINE Tours.
We’re committed to showing our patrons the most beautiful, natural elements of Africa, while protecting our planet and its incredible animals. We look forward to welcoming you on an adventure soon!
At WILD & WINE, we believe tourism and conservation are inextricably linked. It would be totally irresponsible to organise tours without considering our impact on the environment. With that in mind, we aim to neutralise our carbon footprint with gold standard initiatives, such as through our partnership with Climate Care. Carbon offsetting is included with every booking, so you know we’re creating your adventure the right way. We always prioritise accommodation, lodges, restaurants, and other service providers that have a sustainability policy. If we wouldn’t go there ourselves, we certainly won’t be sending you there!
We also work with ethical and eco-conscious service providers. We have a firm stance against interactive wildlife experiences (petting, riding, canned hunting, etc.) and any activity that negatively impacts conservation and the environment. A portion of our profits go directly to wildlife and conservation nonprofits based in South Africa, such as the Endangered Wildlife Trust. We are also personally active in volunteer initiatives with conservation and wildlife focused nonprofits.
Camp under the stars among phenomenal wildlife, witness conservation in action, walk with giants and drink delicious wines in the Greater Kruger National Park. You'll go home ready to embrace nature in your everyday life and drink the best wines around while helping protect our planet and it's amazing animals as you go.
